How a Lash Lift Works — Step by Step
Step 1 — Consultation
Your technician assesses your natural lash length, direction and condition to select the perfect curl rod size for your eye shape.
Step 2 — Lift Solution
A gentle lifting solution is applied to the lashes, which softens the hair structure and allows the lashes to be reshaped around the curl rod.
Step 3 — Neutralizer
A neutralizing solution locks the new curl in place, setting your lashes into their lifted shape permanently until they naturally shed and grow back.
Step 4 — Nourishing Serum
A conditioning serum is applied to restore moisture and keep lash hairs healthy, strong and shiny.
The entire process takes 45–60 minutes and is completely comfortable — most clients fall asleep.

Before & After Your Appointment
Before:
- Come with clean, makeup-free lashes
- Avoid waterproof mascara for 48 hours before
- Remove contact lenses before your session
After — first 24 hours are critical:
- Keep lashes completely dry for 24 hours
- Avoid steam, saunas and swimming
- Do not rub or touch your lashes
- Avoid oil-based eye products
Ongoing care:
- Use a nourishing lash serum daily to condition lashes
- Avoid sleeping face-down for a few days
- Apply SPF around the eye area — UV exposure can weaken the lift over time
